The Space:

In search of the perfect mountain getaway? Look no further than Sunstone #131. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Snowboard and ski enthusiasts will love the prime location of this unit being within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift. This vacation home is great for the warmer seasons as well. Hiking, biking, golfing, shopping, and dining are all a short car ride or Uber away.



The living room features a plush oversized sectional couch arranged around a fireplace and flat screen TV. After a day on the slopes or on a chilly night light the fire to create a cozy ambiance. Curl up on the couch with your guests as you settled down for a movie on TV. If you need to catch a breath of fresh air, step outside onto the private balcony. The balcony has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.



The kitchen has white appliances and plenty of counter space. The chef can whip up anything from a yummy treat to a mouthwatering meal. Call your guests to the dining table with seating for four to eat a home cooked meal together. Off of the kitchen is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo for guests to share.



Adjacent to the living room is the master bedroom. Get a good night's rest in here with a King-sized bed, TV, and attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is suitable if you are traveling with any children. This bedroom has a Twin over Full bunkbed and TV.



There is no wifi at this home. Unplug and unwind!



The Sunstone complex has a fitness center and laundry facilities. The BBQ stations, outdoor pool, and hot tub are only open during the summer. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub and fitness center will not be available due to COVID.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
