📜 Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: A rental contract, security deposit, and ID verification are required for all guests. Local Florida guests must provide an additional $2,000 deposit. 🔞 25+ Age: This home is for guests 25+. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay, who should book this home on their behalf.

🐶 Dog-Friendly Stay: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Our home has a fenced in backyard. Ask about policies for multiple pets or extended stays.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Please respect our no-smoking policy for a fresh and clean home.

🔇 Quiet Hours: Fort Lauderdale enforces a strict 10:00 PM noise ordinance—please keep gatherings indoors after this time.

🚗 Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway (city ordinance prohibits street parking).

🕒 Check-in & Check-out: Due to high demand, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.

🎥 Security: A security camera monitors the driveway for safety purposes.
