Welcome to Bob's Bungalow at Holmes Ave. This newly updated Park Circle home is the perfect place for your visit to Charleston! This property is just over 1 mile from the vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene in Park Circle.
As you step inside, you enter the living space with a sectional sofa and flat screen tv. The sofa has a sleeper bed that can be used. The living room flows into the dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Off the living space, you will have access to the primary bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and share the 2nd full bathroom.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the covered patio area and laundry space. From there you can access the fenced in backyard, fire pit area, and game room with a ping pong table!

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.
Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.
I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
