This place was filled with awful surprises around every corner. Yikes/10. Paid for early check-in 2 months in advance to find out less than 24 hrs before that I can't get in as planned due to repeated "hell with synced calendars" & "nightmare guests" that led to more time needed to get it prepped. I got my refund & free late check-out, which was cool. You'd think the extra time would mean...a clean space and a property ready to go as listed, right? Wrong :) -Listed amenities that were NOT present: bidets in any bathroom, fire pit (despite the host confirming that it was there), computer monitor, garden, outdoor play area. -Dirty/unusable amenities: Dirty headboards/linens, leaking toilets/dishwashers, MOLDY coffee maker, dirty water filled kettle/dishes, code for lock stopped working after arrival, printer wouldn't turn on, red filter light on water dispenser, nail on carpet, large stain on couch, unkept backyard with dog poop/yard chemicals/tools lying around, dirty walls (no tape would stick), stale smoke smell in lower unit. Most upsetting was 2 people who struggle with mold/dust allergies leaving early because they felt SO unwell. For over 1K/night after fees, I didn't think I needed to bring air purifiers. I've reached out to the host with hopes of a refund. I hope I see it. I'm genuinely upset I cannot leave reviews on the individual unit listings, but more so confused at the good reviews. I'm not some angry Karen, this just felt like a full blown scam.
