Wir haben ein Haus in einer schönen Wohngegend Emerald Lakes in Long Pond, PA.

Das Haus liegt in einer privaten Sackgasse am See. Sie haben Ihren eigenen privaten Zugang dazu. Es ist kein Rettungsschwimmer im Einsatz, also schwimmen Sie auf eigene Gefahr;) Angelregel: Fangen und Loslassen Es hat einen schönen Garten mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den See. Im Hinterhof gibt es eine Reihe von Schaukeln und eine Rutsche, damit die Kinder dort Spaß haben können;)

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 6 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer (BettwĂ€sche sind vorhanden). BadetĂŒcher und StrandtĂŒcher werden NICHT bereitgestellt). 4 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und zwei im Erdgeschoss (Halbkeller) mit einem offenen Wohnzimmer / Spielzimmer. Beide Badezimmer im Obergeschoss verfĂŒgen ĂŒber eine Dusch- / Badewannenkombination.

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Es wird mit allen notwendigen Geschirr und Kochgeschirr geliefert. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen DVD-Player, einen Roku-TV, Internet, einen Fernseher, ein Kinderbett und einen Kinderhochstuhl. (es gibt auch tragbare Krippe im Haus)

Das Haus ist ideal fĂŒr 5 Familien mit Kindern oder eine Gruppe guter Freunde.

Es befindet sich in einer privaten Gemeinschaft Emerald Lakes, die viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet, darunter zwei Swimmingpools (einer beheizter Innenpool und ein Außenpool), TennisplĂ€tze, BasketballplĂ€tze, ein Clubhaus mit Bar / Restaurant.

Perfect house for a group!

We had such a wonderful time at this house, it was so clean when we got there which is super important to me. The owner was such a pleasure to work with too, so nice!!! He made it so easy. The house is right on the lake, great for fishing and it's only a 5 min drive down to the pool. I would highly recommend renting this house for a great vacation!

Great property for a large group

We got back from a three night stay on Sunday and everyone in our group had a great time. We had all age ranges and there was something for everyone to do. The lake with the boats kept the kids happy all day long. There are many attractions within 15 to 20 minutes. The house was very clean and there are lots of beds! Sitting around the fire pit at night was great. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fun Weekend, Plenty of Beds, Public Beach was Great

Had a great weekend in the Poconos with 12 of my friends! The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of beds for everyone. Voytek was very responsive over phone and email. Huge TV with the works was a big plus. Public beach/park area (20 minute walk) is a must see, had fun playing and enjoying the refreshing air. Not enough common space for everyone to sit at once but not an issue if people spread out between porch, downstairs, and kitchen. Few minor things were in need of repair around the house. Community rules for trash disposal are a little ridiculous.

Wonderful, clean, organized and fully equipped home

Instead of having a party in a restaurant to celebrate my one and only daughter’s 2nd Birthday. I decided to rent a home in The Poconos for a 3 day weekend in January 2019. The older kids in my family has been requesting a family bonding weekend with their cousins for awhile now and so I took the opportunity to get us all together for a fun and memorable family bonding weekend in the Poconos. The kids named the house “The Bunk Bed House”. The 6 bedroom home has two full baths was just perfect for my family of 21 from age 2 to 74 years old. My parents, my 2 brothers and their wife and kids and my two sister with their husband and kids. We cooked our meals. The home is very clean and fully equipped (however we did not use the oven or the dishwasher) it even has a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and a standard coffee maker and a ninja blender. If we knew this we would have brought some k-cups but the home is only minutes away from Walmart, Shoprite and Weiss grocery store. We even saw a KFC across from Walmart. Plenty of other restaurants in the area. Camelback and Kalahari is close by and my Dad even got some Casino time. Bath towels are not provided so you need to remember bring them with you. Make sure to place garbage bags in the trash bins and cover it outside during your stay to avoid cats and other animals on making a mess. The owner is reachable if you have any issues and he also contacted me during our stay to make sure we are comfortable and OK. We had a fun, comfortable and memorable stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Nice big home for a big family, Family and Game Room

We stayed here over the Martin Luther King Break. 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids fit comfortably. The house has pro's and cons, which I will highlight below, but for the most part we had a great time. We bought all our food and cooked in the home. The kitchen was stocked with all the proper utensils, pots, pans etc. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoors because the weather was just too cold, but it was big and beautiful view of the pond. There were 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The major issues were the bathroom, one of which is only accessible through the master bedroom, and the bedding arrangements. There are far too many bunk beds. The trash has to be taken manually to a dumpsite more than 2 miles away. The wooden stairs are steep and very slippery when there is snow present. The roads are not cleaned in a timely manner, took a day for them to salt the road, which made for dangerous driving conditions on very windy and hilly roads. Pro's 1. Owner is very quick to respond and was quite helpful. 2. Nice open community space in the basement. 3. Ping pong, Pool table, Foosball and large tv with cable. 4. Big enough for 16+ people. 5. Very Scenic views, nice back porch and big back yard Cons 1. Trash has to be taken away manually, (dumpsite is closed on the day we went, had to take leaky smelly garbage all the way back to Jersey) Owner should keep trash and charge accordingly, $733 (including fees) a night and still i have to take away my own trash is a bit ridiculous. 2. 2 bathrooms for 16 people, one of which is only accessible through a bedroom is not good 3. 5 bunk beds, means most couples most likely will not be sleeping next to their spouse ( this can be a positive some nights lol) 4. Only 1 TV in the house, there should be another one above the fireplace in the dining room, no living room by the way. 5. Table only sits 8, so 16 people cannot sit down at the same time, not enough chairs in the house. 6. Stairs are a deathtrap (very steep and slippery) when snow is present, maybe create a back entrance. We would definitely go back, but this is more of a summer getaway than a winter one.

Nice Place for a Weekend Getaway

We had a very nice weekend at this location. It is spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The house is a little worn, but it is clean and all of the appliances worked well. Two very minor complaints: (1) the shower had some difficulty maintaining a steady temperature; and (2) it is a little annoying that we had to drive the garbage to the community disposal location (6 minutes each way). Overall, we highly recommend this rental, and we will definitely consider this location on our next Poconos trip.

Guys weekend 2022

Had a great time with friends. We fished the pond out back, row boat was perfect to get to the other side and fish where the docks couldn’t reach. Played golf at Split Rock as well. House had a well stocked kitchen as we prepared all of our meals. Plenty of beds for a large group. Overall had a great time and enjoyable stay.

Annual Girl's Weekend

We had a terrific weekend with ten women. The sleeping situation was great. We all had our own bed. We cooked and had a fab dinner at the big table in the kitchen. The house is about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe where we spent the day on Sunday. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a fun weekend with great friends.
