Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are in the same main level. Rooms 4 and 5 are in the lower level. Rooms 4 and 5 have independent access from the main level.

There are 5 full bathrooms total and 2 half baths in the backyard for the swimming pool.

The entire house is available for guests to use except the garage that is off limits. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway and plenty on the street
