Great stay

Even though the first cabin was messed up we got another one but even better stay the check in was great the stay was great everything was great

Never staying with venture resorts again!

The cabin that we rented was supposed to have a pool, but the cabin we got didn’t have one. One we arrived the house didn’t have any a/c had to call multiple times and it took 2 days to get it fixed. The cabin wasn’t very clean. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying with venture resorts and I told them on the last phone conversation that I had with them that I would never book with them again.

Cabin was nice but no towels were providing. Contacted management and promised towels but never received any. Also burner on stove did not work.

Our stay was OK at Sevierville TN

The cabin was very average. When we arrived the code they gave us didn’t work and we did what they said over the phone but they never came out. We ended up getting in another way after trying for a long time!One shower didn’t have hot water and the shower head leaked really bad and the drain is half clogged. Another shower drain leaked through the floor down into the kitchen. One bathroom handle is wore out and barely opens the door. The games in the basement, there wasn’t any ping pong net so we bought one for it, no chalk for the pool sticks, the foosball table is broke. The dishwasher doesn’t clean properly. On the positive side it was fairly clean and the pictures are accurate. It has a charcoal grill outside. Bring your own charcoal. We also got to see a bear below the back porch! It also has very nice sunset views since this is all the way on top of the mountain.
