With its own private side entrance, designated parking, ensuite laundry, spacious backyard, and patio, you'll have your own dedicated area to relax and enjoy.

This is a secondary unit, you’ll have full, exclusive use of the suite, though the entrance is situated below our family’s back patio, and a security camera is located at the front of the home for safety.
