* Activities: Enjoy fishing, boating and kayaking right from your doorstep. Kayaks, paddles, and life vests are provided —just bring your boat shoes for comfort while launching! You can bring your own boat, we have a dock!
* Relaxation: Unwind around the firepit under the stars.
Location Highlights:
* Local Attractions: Just a short walk to restaurants with lake views, live music, and a quick drive to Six Flags New England, The Wick 388, and the Rail Trail.
* Winter Fun: Ice fishing, plus nearby ski resorts and ice skating options.
* 45 minute drive from Otis Ridge Ski resort
* 15 minutes from Amelia Park Ice Arena for Ice skating
* 30 minutes from Maple Corner Farm where you can enjoy cross country skiing
Important Details:
* No Parties with lots of people: Enjoy the space with friends, but please keep gatherings low-key and only registered guests unless approved.
* Access: The main entrance is the second door on the lakeside deck. There is no door on the street side of the house. The driveway can accommodate about four cars, but it's steep. All cars need to be in driveway not at bottom. Please do not block the neighbors driveway.
* Updated Amenities: Recent updates include a main-level laundry area, new dining furniture, patio with new furniture, new steps tp dock for easy lake access. Also we added a wall of windows to enjoy the lake view.

Remember this is a lake house with all the things that go along with the lake. Trees, leaves, sand, fire pit, birds, squirrels, spider webs and an occasional Eagle sighting!
