Blue Jay - Charming Upper Level Duplex Near Downtown

This is the Upstairs Level to this century-old home that has been converted to a duplex and is sure to charm the whole crew with tradiitional architectural features updated into a stylish, cozy and functional space. Close to downtown Great Falls with easy access to the rest of town, whether you want to stay in and relax or go and explore, this unit offers the best of both worlds. Relax and unwind after a day of exploring on the wrap-around porch, or in the homey nooks of this classic space. Features one window AC unit and one fan.

AC notice: While there is an AC unit and fan, you can expect the home to be 70-75 degrees (if it is 90 or so outside). If guaranteed cool temperatures are a requirement for you, this is not the home to book.

You`ll have the whole upstairs apartment to yourself during your stay, including 2 private bedrooms, a full bathroom, a multipurpose kitchenette/dining/living space, and a shared, large wrap-around porch outside. The kitchenette provides many of the comforting necessities, including a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes, cups, silverware, cutting boards, and a full sink. At this time we do *not* offer a hot plate, pots, pans, or a toaster oven for this unit.

Bedroom one has a snuggly queen-sized bed, gorgeous large picture window, in-room TV, an armchair for lounging, and a normal closet plus another large walk-in closet. This is where you`ll find the pack-n-play for the smallest guests, along with several other baby-friendly items.

Bedroom two has a dreamy full sized bed facing story-book windows and a unique walk-in closet with a vintage built-in vanity for getting ready privately.

The full-sized bathroom is located off the main hallway landing and comes equipped with a tiled bathtub/shower combo.

All bed linens are provided. A portable crib (pack-n-play) with a mattress and protector are also available.

The living area is equipped with a smart tv, and we encourage you to log in to your favorite streaming services to relax after your days spent enjoying the area! Bedroom one also has standard cable television for that classic viewing experience ;)

Cozy up with a book in the many comfy seating spots throughout the unit.

Free, fast wi-fi, plenty of street parking, and key-less entry access are all included.

There is *not* a washer/dryer for this unit.

Guest Access
You`ll have the whole upstairs apartment to yourself, and check-in is done via keyless entry. You`ll receive your personal door code after completing your booking.

Other things to note
We welcome longer stays, including nurses, military servicemembers, and others! We are currently set to accept stays of 28 nights, but we are open to longer stays for verified guests. Reduced rates are available for longer stays.

Children, couples, families, and small groups are all welcome as well!
Please no parties or events on the premises, and respect quiet hours after 10pm. Please ensure you`ve reviewed our HOUSE RULES prior to making your reservation.

The apartment is the upstairs level of the main home and we ask that you are respectful of those in the other portion of the home during your stay.

Please note that air conditioning will be available seasonally as the temperature increases. Our AC units are installed prior to the warm season by our maintenance team and are unavailable during cooler seasons. Please inquire if the AC is ready prior to making your reservation if it will be a concern during your stay.

YEP, WE LOVE YOUR DOGS:
Dogs are welcome! Up to 1 well-behaved, house-trained dog can come along with a small, one-time pet fee assessed at the time of booking. Refer to the pet policies and *HOUSE RULES* for further information. We do not have a fenced yard, so please keep your pets leashed while staying at our home. We require that you keep your pets securely crated any time you depart the premises, and pick up any pet waste from the premises and dispose of it directly (in a secure bag) in the outside trash bin.
A $500 penalty may be applied for any unauthorized party, event, or gathering, in addition to costs for extra cleaning, damages, or neighbor complaints.
