The Space

Three spacious bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The master suite features a California King memory foam bed (200 x 200 cm), portable AC, an ensuite bathroom, and a handcrafted solid wood workstation — ideal for remote workers or anyone who needs a quiet place to focus. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer double beds, generous closet space, and their own workstations. Bedroom 3 also has a 48" LG TV with Netflix.
The living room is designed to impress and relax in equal measure. A brand-new 65" Samsung QNED Smart TV with surround sound anchors the space, complemented by a Bose Bluetooth speaker system and split AC. Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV are all included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, and a Gaggia automatic espresso machine — everything you need to cook or just caffeinate properly.

Wellness & Outdoor Space

Your private, fully fenced garden is the centerpiece of the property. Heat up in the 4-person Harvia Finnish sauna, cool off under the outdoor shower, and decompress in the zen garden. Free weights and a yoga mat round out a simple but effective home gym setup. No spa membership needed.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional fee ($40 each, subject to availability). Maximum 5 guests. Security cameras are located at the building entrance, elevator, and parking area (exterior only). Sauna use is subject to a safety waiver included with your booking confirmation.
