The Space:
Walking distance to Whole Foods, Big Lug Brewery, Target, West Elm, and so many more. Fantastic proximity to the highway! Located a few miles to St. Vincent Hospital, 6 Miles from IU North, and 11 miles to Community North. Downtown Hospitals are approx. 25-35 mins drive time. ( Riley, IU Methodist). 5 min from Keystone @ the Crossing. This home is BEAUTIFUL and well cared for! 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed! You will love the home, location and outdoor space with this one!

Guest Access:
Property has a heated pool that's open from May to October.

There is a garage studio built out.

We will send you the access code on the day of arrival , this code is active for the duration of your stay.

For check out, please place all dirty towels in the washer. (Kitchen and bathroom towels) and start the 1st load… if there’s room, please throw in the used pillowcases. Please don’t make your beds…It’s important for the cleaning crew to know what beds need to be freshly turned.

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher including the coffee pot and kindly remove coffee grounds in the trashcan.

Thanks for helping us starting our sanitation process!

** Burning is not allowed. No fire pit.
** Please DO NOT use the fireplace inside the house.

** Please return temperature to 55degrees when you leave.
** The faucets are delicate. Do not force.
** Fire extinguisher is under the sink.
** Pool cover not to be opened until spring opening.
** Recycle day is Tuesday and every other week. Next schedule is December 31st
** Trash day is every week Tuesday.
** Trash and recycle go out to street on Monday night.
** Check in time is at 3PM. Check out time is 10AM.

How to use the entertainment system:

To view the TV/Roku, you will need to power on the Pioneer receiver and select the TV/SAT button below the glass screen on the receiver. Once activated, you will use the Roku remote to turn on the TV. As a guest, you will have access to your own accounts with Roku, Amazon, Netflix etc.

If you have Amazon Alexa, you can hook it up. Wires are in the left box in the cabinet next to the Pioneer receiver. You would then highlight the DVR/VCR1 button under the glass screen.

If you want to use the Bluetooth for streaming music, you can also use the BlueDento to pair your phone, tablet or computer. You would then turn on the BlueDento in the cabinet next to the Pioneer receiver and then highlight the CD button under the glass screen.

If you wish to view Indianapolis local TV stations, you would use the Samsung remote and touch the source button in the upper right-hand corner of the remote. Once you do this, you will see the sources on the top of the TV screen. You will see boxes noting TV and HDMI2. You would then use the remote to highlight TV and then the enter button on the remote then local programming will appear. When you want to go back to Roku, you use the source button and move cursor to the HDMI2 box and hit the enter button. You use the same remote for volume on the TV.
