This property was amazing for our first family vacation. This house was so clean! Absolutely gorgeous views and sunsets from the balconies. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every day after the beach. We will be staying again!

Great Stay!

Bean point retreat was in a perfect location. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and seating. The pool and hot tub worked great. It was very nice to have a golf cart included in the stay so that it was one less thing that we needed to rent.

Renting through SeaBreeze was truly a breeze!

Renting through SeaBreeze was truly a breeze! They were great with communicating and making sure we were ready to go. They gave wonderful recommendations and were very thoughtful - they had us a special cake for our weekend celebrating one of our friends! The home was beautiful and in impeccable shape, we cannot wait to come back again or recommend them to friends visiting.

Excellent Stay!

Bean Point Retreat was an absolutely perfect property. The views are phenomenal, each balcony offers a relaxing space to enjoy the scenery. The house is eloquently decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked to enjoy meals together. The golf cart is an amazing additive. The island is so fun and easy to see via the golf cart. The communication with the property managers was also excellent. They checked in regularly to make sure we were happy and ready to answer any additional questions . We can't wait to come back.

Everything was great - well appointed, clean. Kitchen Appliances, Grill, TV's, furniture etc were all in great condition and on the level you would expect given the cost of the rental. Tremendous views, easy access to the best part of Ana Maria's beaches. Front row for incredible sunsets every night, either from the outside dining area, balconys on the 2nd floor, or from the roofdeck.Only complaints:- No plastic dishware (seems odd given there is a pool, almost begging for an accident / glass everywhere)- No cushions on any of the lounge-chairs- Bed configuration doesn't make sense. This would be the perfect getaway for two families but there is only one Queen sized bed, the other main bedroom has a full which doesn't make sense. I would highly reccomend the owners removing both full sized beds and replacing w/ a Queen and two-twins.

Beautiful, quiet beach front property

This house is gorgeous and so clean. The beds are really nice, except the twin beds are REALLY squishy and not comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, comfortable couches and fantastic outdoor furniture, including a great couch on the roof deck. The property is right on the beach with your own entrance and path. The pool and hot-tub/spa are perfect. The drawbacks are that there is construction going on next door, but luckily they weren't working on the house while we were there. There are a lot of stairs (four floors) so if accessibility is an issue this would be challenging. The doors to the second floor deck are alarmed for pool safety, so you can't keep the doors open for fresh air. This house is most appropriate for adults and older kids, I would not have wanted to stay here with little kids. Finally, the 4pm check-in time is unreasonable--and the fact that they will offer an earlier check in for a 350 fee, after paying a steep price to stay there, is insulting and greedy. Inquire about the golf cart--the house is about 1 mile from the cafes and restaurants so the golf cart was very appreciated and fun. Go to Holmes Beach for more action and close-by the Sandbar and the North Shore Cafe were awesome!

Customer service was fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at Bean Point Retreat! Everything was perfect and the customer service was fantastic! Any issues we had, which were us just not know how to turn something on, were answered immediately! Highly recommend Seabreeze Vacations!
