Schön von innen und außen

Wunderschön renovierte 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, offene Konzept-Eigentumswohnung mit Blick vom Balkon des Golf-Strandes und der Intercostal Wasserstraßen. Der weiße Sandstrand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und es ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man für ein sehr komfortables, entspannendes und stressfreies Wochenende brauchen würde. Condo hat schicke TVs in jedem Schlafzimmer mit Kabel und WiFi. Für die Bequemlichkeit unserer Gäste haben wir Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, Kinderspielzeug, einen kleinen Wagen mit Rädern und eine kleine Kühlbox in der Einheit für unsere Gäste. Die städtische Trolley-Haltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. San Remo befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Geschäften, Restaurants, Stadtpark und Tag und Nacht Unterhaltung. Das Gerät befindet sich im 2. Stock mit Aufzug für Ihren Komfort. Der Pool / Spa-Bereich ist sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über 2 Barbecue und Cabana Essbereich mit Tischen und Liegen. Geh weg von allem und verbringst etwas Zeit am Strand.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the area. Beaches were beautiful. Our condo was amazing and our hosts were even more amazing. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The owners were so nice very responsive, accommodating and so easy to work with. The best hosts you’ll ever have. If you needed something they had already thought of it and it was there. Wonderful

We had the best time staying at the San Remo! The unit was clean, nicely decorated and organized. Furniture and beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There were also beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels. Aurora was great with communication and she has thought of absolutely everything to make for a relaxing vacation. A few steps to the pool and beach. Our first family trip to FL and I think we’ve found our new favorite destination!

Property is exactly as pictured and described, and we had a wonderful time. The owners are extremely communicative and so helpful. They have stocked the condo with so many amenities- there wasn't anything we needed that the condo didn't have. Location was great and we were steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and Beach

We loved our stay in Redington Shores. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. We all rated the beds comfy and clean. This VRBO was the most well stocked place we stayed at. If you happen to forget anything it was likely already there. the kitchen not only fully stocked with cooking wear but a blender(a nice one), air fryer, tin foil, paper towels and everything else you would need. Beach gear holy beach gear!! I double checked before we left home if there were chairs and umbrella and yes there was and so much more. It was awesome not to have to pack all that gear and have nice stuff for us to borrow. On the last day one of the beach chairs broke just from normal wear. I texted the owner to let her know and she completely understood and thanked me so she could get another one. And I'm certain there was a new one waiting for the next guest. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There is a free bird sanctuary right next door, which my girls visited almost every day. The pool was clean and the grill set up in very nice( and camping style). We went to Busch Gardens and it was an easy 45min drive. The beach is wonderful. The beach isn't crowded and you could always get a spot right in front of the complex if wanted. There is construction improvements going on when we went. For the most part it wasn't disruptive but maybe 2 mornings they started loud around 8am. We simply went for a walk on the beach and all was good. We loved Redington Shores!

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay here. Aurora was a pleasure to work with, very nice and responsive. The condo is immaculate. All the beach supplies you could need are stocked so that makes traveling easier. They made us feel right at home with a welcome gift. The new pool area is great. We love it being a smaller building so the crowds are at a minimum. The beach is gorgeous plenty of room to spread out. The laid back atmosphere of Redington is something we love. You will be glad you booked with them!

This was a nice family friendly place to stay. It has everything. The only downfall was what ever the people in the condo next to us were cooking, really was unpleasant to me. Not the fault of the condo itself.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The condo was very clean and the pictures don’t show how big the condo really is! We really appreciated how stocked the condo was, it had plenty of dish ware to cook full meals, beach chairs, towels, and even a cooler we used all week long. The condo was in a great location, right on the beach and just a short drive to both Clearwater and St Pete. There are so many good restaurants in the area. The beach was not too crowded and is in a nice secluded area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Getaway

The process for renting this property was very smooth. The unit had everything we needed. The pool and spa were clean. Beach access was great. The parking lot is small, but there were no problems finding a spot. Communication with the owners was great.

Great place!

This is a gem! The unit is well-equipped, clean, updated and spacious. Aurora is sweet and quick to communicate. Our family loved the location with quick beach access, and the bird sanctuary was a fun visit! The pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was great on our two cooler days. I loved my runs down Gulf Blvd. We hope we’re blessed to stay here again!

Great condo

This condo has it all. It is equipped well enough for 2 units. It is very nicely furnished and the pool is great. It is in a really nice quiet area but still close to almost everything you could need. The wine was a very nice touch. Hope to come again.

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was great with the trolley in front of the building that runs from Clearwater to St. Pete. You could walk to some restaurants and an ice cream shop located than a mile from the condo. The owners, Aurora and Orlando, always responded very quickly to any questions and were wonderful to rent from. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the beach is beautiful white sand. We would love to rent this unit again and are disappointed that it not available next year. Thank you for everything.

We had a great experience at this condo and the location steps from the beach was perfect!! The condo is decorated such that anyone, no matter what your taste is, feels like home. The condo had everything we needed for the beach, for cooking and for relaxing at night after a day at the beach. We would highly recommended coming here to relax or to stay while being in the area for anything else!

My husband and I stayed here for a month and loved it! Convenient location, clean and updated. Everything you need for a great vacation. Beach chairs, towels and toys. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s a washer and dryer. Do I even need to mention the beach? Throw in the heated pool and jacuzzi and you have it all! The owners were very nice even though we didn’t get to meet them. The only downside is that this unit isn’t available next year as word is out on this little gem.

Beautiful Condo in an excellent location. Very well supplied.

The building is located on the Gulf side of Gulf Blvd. You walk a few steps to the private pool and hot tub which is located right on the beach. You don't have to cross any busy streets. Redington Shores is just 10 minutes south of Clearwater and 10 minutes north of St. Pete Beach and all of those activities. The trolly stops at the building. Fantastic location. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you need including beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for the little ones. It is clean and very comfortable. There are great restaurants within walking distance. We were there from end of December 2018 to the end of January 2019 and did not want to leave. The owners are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They always got back to us very quickly. They worked with us on a scheduling miscommunication from our end that we really appreciated. Thank you Aurora and Orlando!! Great place. Check it out.

Beautiful!

We stayed at this place for 8 days and we did not want to leave. The condo was more then what we expected, very nice, clean and we had more than what we needed. The location was perfect, quiet with a beautiful beach within walking distance. The grocery store was located very close, 10 min drive. The owners were very kind and available to help with anything we needed. We will definitely return.

We are located on a very quiet stretch of beach where the waters are blue and the sand is soft and white. We are within walking distance of the Seaside Bird Sanctuary. There are many places to eat and shop and the trolley stop is located in front of the condo.
