This property has well water - it is not uncommon for it to have a faint "eggy" smell. While it is safe to shower and brush teeth, separate drinking water is provided

While there is no house wifi, you can connect your personal wifi devices to the smart tv to access your own standard streaming app (netflix, amazon, hulu, etc).

The porch light is motion activated.
