Far and close enough from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Orlando and the theme parks, we hope you enjoy your stay!

College Park is a charming, historic borough of the vibrant Downtown Orlando scene. The neighborhood is known for its 20th-century cottages, small-town community feel, and its' many parks and lakes. Lake Ivanhoe is popular for paddle-boarding, waterskiing, wakeboarding and itâs views of the downtown skyline at sunset. College Park is home to Dubsdread Golf Course, a historic sport and dining event venue dating back to the 1920s. Enjoy diverse dining options, pubs, hip boutiques and vintage stores along main street, Edgewater Drive. Within 5 miles are the other historic districts for guests to explore: Ivanhoe, Mills-50, East-End, Milk District and Downtown Orlando.
