Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 is equipped with a King bed and TV.

- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite highlights a shower with a jetted tub.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community lot.

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
