Dig into family meals at the 4-seater dining table, and whip up homemade recipes in the open-plan kitchen. Airy and fully-functioning, it’s stocked with stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven and refrigerator.



The home sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with picture windows.



Bedroom #1 features a queen trundle (a queen-size bed over another) and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 has king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There’s an additional bathroom for guest use. 

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Parking is available.

- Golf View Serenity couldn’t be more conveniently located.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

- Walk-Up Unit (No Elevator), Getting to the front door requires 10 steps.
