The Space:

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience. A table awaits outside for alfresco dining or enjoy formal meals inside at the dining table for 6.



The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 is equipped with a Queen bed, Twin/Twin bunk bed, and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite highlights a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community lot.

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
