Welcome to Braddock Hill Retreat, your dream mountain getaway located in the Highlands neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. With two living areas, a wraparound deck, a private hot tub, and access to the neighborhood's private ski shuttle, this home is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the best of Breckenridge year-round.
Nestled in the Highlands neighborhood just north of Breckenridge and minutes from the Breckenridge Golf Course, this home offers convenient access to everything the area has to offer. The golf course is just 1.3 miles away, the Breckenridge Gondola and ski slopes are 4.1 miles from the property, and Main Street is 3.8 miles to the heart of downtown. For added convenience, the My Free Ride Shuttle stop is only 0.7 miles away on Highway 9.
Living Room: The living room features a soaring stone fireplace, large windows with mountain views, and plenty of natural light. Two comfortable sofas & lounge chair provide space for everyone to relax, while a flat-screen TV offers entertainment after a day in town. It's the perfect spot to gather, unwind, and enjoy the mountain setting.
Kitchen: The kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry that brings a warm mountain feel. Large windows fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning views, while the open layout makes it easy to cook, gather, and entertain.

Dining Room: Located between the kitchen and living area, the dining table comfortably seats 5 and opens directly to the wraparound deck with stunning woodland and mountain views.
Bedding Configuration: 3 Bed, 3.5 Bath – Sleeps 10
• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, dresser, lounge chair, ceiling fan, ensuite bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
• Second Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed, lounge chair, ceiling fan, dresser, ensuite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
• Third Bedroom (Entrance Level): Queen bed, closet, shared bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Twin day bed and twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest area.
Family Room: The lower-level family room offers an additional gathering space with a flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and wet bar. Step directly outside to access the private hot tub patio, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Outdoor Space: The expansive wraparound deck is outfitted with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range and surrounding woodlands.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main level near the kitchen.
Garage & Parking: Private heated garage with space for 2 vehicles inside and 2 vehicles in the driveway (4 total).
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
