A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard. Unattended pets must be crated. Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees. No cats allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.
>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.
>> Max occupancy: 10. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.
>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.

Underwhelmed by cleanliness and location
Nice, but not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Older house with nice amenities and appliances, but no skillets or pans.
Generally the house was clean except for filthy carpet in the master bedroom and bathroom and a giant cockroach in the kitchen.
Not close to the fort or historic district, requiring driving there or to the trolley.
Well priced but tucked into a noisy business area with a tire shop across the street and busy train track nearby.

Regarding the pest you encountered, the home is on a regular monthly pest control service as part of our preventative maintenance. In coastal and warmer climates it’s not uncommon for pests to occasionally appear despite routine treatments, but we do have ongoing services in place to minimize this as much as possible.
As for the location, it is accurately reflected on the listing map and is typically a short drive to the historic district and local attractions, which many guests find convenient for exploring the area.

Overnighter in Downtown St. Augustine
My son graduated from Embry Riddle in Daytona. Following graduation, my grown family of seven traveled to St. Augustine for an overnight stay. The Yellow House was perfect for our visit (and the master bed was super comfy). The location provided easy access to the trolley to take in the Christmas lights and tour Castillo de San Marcos. I regret we weren't able to stay longer.

Beautiful House!
We rented the house as part of our girls trip visit to Saint Augustine. The house itself is gorgeous, as is the backyard. The house had a historic feel to it with modern twists to make our accommodations exceptional. The house was very clean and well-maintained and we felt safe at the property. There were great touches such as complementary, toilet paper, toiletries, coffee, and even some creamer in the refrigerator. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything :-)

Fun weekend in ST A
We had a great time! We had 3 couples for a fun weekend. The place is set up great for 3 couples. Plenty of room with 2 living rooms to relax. Kitchen is set up for everyone to hang out together. We spent a day at the beach and another 2 days in town. Tons to see and we took a historic tour which was easy to book. We had one issue with the heat / cooling system when we arrived but got an immediate response from the host and it was fixed in minutes. Highly recommend this property! TC / Charleston & NJ

Annual friends and family gathering.
Every year after the holidays, some friends and family gather to unwind and see the beautiful lights of Saint Augustine. We found this beautiful gem of the house and it was everything and more. The house had more than enough space for all of us. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was darling, and we were close, but just far enough away from the action ofdowntown. when we arrived, the neighbor next-door was having the house painted and had taken over the driveway. We contacted the property management company and within 10 minutes. Somebody had shown up and talked to the painters and took care of everything. I couldn’t believe how quickly that was addressed. I would definitely utilize the property management company and stay at this location again. It definitely met and exceeded all expectations.

Not as advertised
Dirty carpet. Across from front porch was auto repair shop and bank drive through. Loud highway noise. Heard rodent like noises in walls upstairs. Not walking distance to historic downtown. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. We drove by rental 4 days prior to checking in and realized the location does not match description as advertised and exterior of house is moldy and peeling paint i reached out to property manager to see if they had another property we could change to a this was NOT a advertised. They politely declined and started refund was not possible. We ended up staying but would never ever stay there again. Also, The house is currently for sale. When arrived
