We offer 24-hour emergency support, so if something unexpected comes up—whether it’s a door code issue, heating concern, or anything else—you’ll never be left without help. We take pride in our preventative maintenance program to ensure each stay goes smoothly, and if an issue does arise during your visit, our local maintenance team is available to respond the same day whenever possible.

This home is in the heart of the "Glades", known as the arts and crafts community. The best place to find our local artists, candle makers, wood carvers, etc, the arts and crafts community gives you way more than the standard artisan fare you'd find at Dollywood. A must see for anyone who wants to shop local and get unique souvenirs for back home!

This cabin is strictly non-smoking and not pet-friendly.
If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly cabin, the guest will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and will be immediately removed from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
