Enjoy your stay in our beautiful, recently renovated villa. Includes a private pool, indoor and outdoor living space, with beach access a 5 minute walk away. The space
This is a bungalow home with plenty of privacy, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has queen size bed with ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Plenty of storage on site, closets in both bedrooms with a secure safe in the master. Individually controlled A/C units and ceiling fans in each bedroom, and in kitchen/living areas.
Washing machine on site and free to use. Please bring your own laundry soap we do not provide laundry soap. There is a clothesline to hang your laundry outside, also a drying rack that can be used to hang smaller items to dry.
Outdoor shower and BBQ for your convenience.
Guest access
Full access to entire house, pool and yard.
Other things to note
This is a secure gated community where you'll find many expats. There is a stunning golf course on site. There is a convenience store inside the community where you will find almost everything you need for your stay! There is also a restaurant at the beach where you can dine oceanside, enjoy karaoke evenings or perhaps just a night cap. The restaurant also hosts pilates classes, yoga, and euchre afternoons.
Golf carts are available for rental as are many other modes of transportation. If you are interested in renting out our golf cart please be sure to let us know as we will offer it to others in the community.
