The room was very nice and the communication with the host was quick and effective. The only real issue we faced was with the elevators at certain times of day due to how busy they were, but they are updating the elevators so hard to complain too much about that. Would definitely stay again.

Property is clean. Great view of ocean, beach and beachside pool from deck. Extra amenities at favorite local places was a GREAT value, especially golf. Decor was not my taste (but that doesn't really matter), master bedroom mattress was firm, interior furniture was in good conditon and clean, exterior cushions were slightly worn. Great water pressure in shower and hot water throughout. TVs were great and proximity to elevators is good. Elevators were under revitalizion so that was the worst part. Would loved to have had blackout curtains or blinds in master bedroom as exterior lighting is on all night.

Mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall from a fixture that had been torn off; broken cabinet; scuffs & marks on the walls throughout, dirty marked up floors, as well as a giant bubble in front of the bedroom door. There was maintenance on the balcony for 75% of the stay, disrupting the view. They reached out after booking to let me know, but it was non refundable, and they never offered the option to cancel. After reaching out for the mold they had a maintenance person come by & paint over some of it and then ignored the rest. The cleaners came by for about 15 minutes and did not actually clean the mold. After that they offered to have the shower recaulked, which meant I couldn’t shower for 24 hours. They expected me to not shower, and I had to demand access to a shower. They did not take the mold seriously at all, and that was extremely frustrating. They showed little concern for all the issues in the unit and very much seems like they would do the bare minimum just to say they technically did something. After the initial disappointment of the less than acceptable cleanliness, fake-nice customer service, and multiple half-assed attempts to fix the issues, I just gave up and stopped contacting them, because it was clear they did not care about hospitality or my experience there. To top it off, they programmed the door to lock early upon check out, & did not respond for over an hour. The emerald is nice, but they ruined the experience. Book elsewhere.

Thank you so much for your feedback on your stay. No one ever painted over mold, we used a product called 30 seconds to clean it off the walls and attempted to do the same to the caulking. Once staining has occurred in caulking there is a no other option than to recaulk the bathtub. No amount of cleaning will get it out, and both our maintenance team and cleaning team attempted to do so. We were ready to have our maintenance man available to recaulk the bathroom as soon as you were completed with your shower for the morning. Once you informed us that you have to shower in the morning and at night we were able to provide you access to a different condo to shower. Also, you certainly would have been able to cancel and get your money back when we informed you about the balcony work, but your only response was "Okay". No questions, no concerns, just Okay, which translates to you being Okay with the work that was on going. Other items that you have mentioned in your review that were purely cosmetic, like scuff marks on the walls and floors, are addressed in the offseason. I recall you had an issue with this answer and felt like a full condo painting should occur between every guest, unfortunately that is not realistic. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Tiny trash cans, no plastic cups , needed Tupperware because of tile floors. no muffin pan , no salt pepper , No Stove pads, No spoon rest, cookware was terribly old and awful, Access to the room was a HIKE, had I known that I would have stayed elsewhere. Not enough loungers for guest, need another hot tub just to handle all guest. Sometimes you can get too BIG, in this case Emerald resort is too big .The bathroom s down by pool needed to be other than slippery tile they were constantly mopping making it very slippery. I could go on but Needless to stay We will NEVER stay there again, we paid tooMuch money not to have the household things we Needed!!!

We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the resort you were staying in. In the future I would suggest doing some research on the resort you are staying in if you are not interested in larger resorts. There are several smaller resorts, with closer parking, that are not nearly as complex or full of people. After double checking our photos on file, the condo and furniture are reflected accurately and to the owner's liking. We do not supply tupperware, plastic cups, or open and used seasonings for sanitary purposes. I see that you gave the services from the rental manger a 1, however I don't see that you reached out to our office a single time with any trouble that you had before, during, or after your stay, but I do see that you ranked our services a 4 out of 5 when asked after your stay. We will take all other suggestions of a muffin pan, a spoon rest, and a larger trash can to our owner. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
