There are several public parks and playgrounds, as well as a public library with free storytimes, a community center with kid’s activities, and a community pool. The Queen Anne Farmers Market also runs from June to September every Thursday night with fresh produce, food carts, local music, and a lawn for hanging out on a sunny evening.

As you step into the main floor, you'll be greeted by the inviting living room, featuring stunning hardwood floors. The centerpiece of the living space is a spacious luxury dining table, perfect for gathering with your loved ones. The main floor also includes two bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed, providing flexibility for sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby. Additionally, the sunroom extends from the covered back deck to the fenced backyard, creating a bright and open area for relaxing and engaging in conversation. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking gas stove and a large sub-zero refrigerator, offering a high-end culinary experience.

The upper floor boasts three bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. The large master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a private balcony, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. These comfortable sleeping spaces ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group.

Located on a quiet residential street in a family-friendly neighborhood, this house is perfect for large groups. Free street parking is available and is very safe. Amenities include a 75" TV in the living area and a 50" TV in the main bedroom, both equipped with Netflix streaming service for your entertainment pleasure.

There is a Mother-in-law unit on the property, which is not part of this listing and you can book it separately for additional fees if you want all 7 bedrooms. It has a private entrance and has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, a full-size laundry set, and a newly installed kitchen with a gas cooking stove. It has a smaller dining area and a living room with 50” Smart TV and queen size sofa bed. You will need to book this separately or you can book the 7 bedroom listing. I list the MIL separately to accommodate (to provide options to) smaller travel groups to lower the cost of my guests for the space they do not need. The 5 bedroom house is big enough for the most larger travel groups. Otherwise, you can book the 7 bedrooms together if you prefer.
