The Verdant Villa resides in the beautiful and safe Belmont Park subdivision in central West Columbia. It's conveniently located less than 5 mins to restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, coffee shops, breweries, etc. and less than 10-15 mins to all of Columbia & Lexington’s major landmarks.

Step through the front door and bask in the lavish feel of the high ceilings and modern green plankboard trim. The living room offers your choice of a swanky, designer leather sofa or one of the two plush and cozy swivel chairs. Binge your favorite movies or tv shows on the 65” Smart TV and 200mbps Mesh Wi-Fi, capable of streaming any service you like.

The high ceilings and moody, green plankboard extend into the spacious and functional kitchen. Quartz countertops, modern backsplash, and ample cabinets provide you with everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. The 3 dreamy bedrooms cater to everyone. All 3 bedrooms include luxury linens: brushed microfiber sheets, fluffy duvets, and plush pillows that rest atop our popular quilted memory foam mattresses (lots of compliments on these!). Each bedroom is also well-equipped with a full-sized dresser, nightstands, closet and ceiling fan. The master and 1st guest bedroom boast queen-sized beds and Smart TVs. The 2nd guest bedroom contains both a full-sized desk (equipped with HP external monitor) and deluxe daybed to be utilized as either an office or bedroom.

Just outside of the kitchen you will find the cozy fenced-in patio. The outdoor table and umbrella glisten in the ambiance of the surrounding string lights. Enjoy a cup of coffee (from the Keurig Duo) on a quiet sunny morning or relax with a glass of wine under the stars.

A full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer reside in the laundry room off the downstairs hallway along with overheard cabinetry for even more storage.
