Estimated to have been built in the 1880s, this cottage has been lovingly renovated over decades to offer historic charm with modern conveniences. With the ability to sleep 12 comfortably, it is ideal for a larger group or extended family. Each bedroom has a sink and vanity, in addition to the cottage’s 2 full baths, a half bath and a separate shower room.

It is perfectly situated 1 house off the lake and 1 block from the park and the pavilion. We often enjoy dinner on the porch with the breeze from the lake, listening to the music from the bandstand wafting through the backyard. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are straight up the hill and downtown is a short walk.

The first floor has a beautiful front porch, a front living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room, a queen bedroom with a private bath, an open kitchen and great room, a half bath and laundry room.The second floor has 3 queen bedrooms, a bunk room with 4 bunks, a full bath with a clawfoot tub and a small shower room. The front bedroom has a walkout porch with a treehouse feel. Outdoors there is a backyard with a fire pit and gas grill. Parking beside the cottage is available for 2 cars.

Amenities: central heat and air, dishwasher, disposal, duel fuel oven and stove, refrigerator, keurig coffee pot, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, wifi, a smart TV, game cabinet, washer and dryer.
