This condo is located on the 12th floor, where oceanfront luxury meets breathtaking panoramic views from three private balconies. Enjoy unparalleled scenery from this rare corner lockout unit at the Boardwalk Resort, thoughtfully maintained and designed to maximize both comfort and coastal beauty.

This is a lockout unit, it consists of two separate condos combined into one reservation, offering added privacy and flexibility, perfect for families or groups traveling together. Each side features its own entrance, allowing guests to enjoy shared time while still having private spaces.

Each of the three private balconies offers stunning oceanfront and ocean views, creating a seamless connection between your living space and the shoreline below.

Important Property Updates & Disclosures:

Please note that there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in construction noise during standard daytime working hours. In addition, there is active building construction on the adjacent property, which may cause view obstructions from certain angles. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

We stayed here as a family of 7 for spring break! The space was beautiful and accommodating. There was awesome communication with the host during the entire stay! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!Pro tip: bring your own beach towels! Their's aren't to be used at the beach or pool!

The property was exactly what we needed. A spacious place on the beach with a balcony. The separation of the rooms was a little awkward, but it worked out ok for our family. Had everything we needed to make for a relaxing stay.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and boy was it a great one. The ocean views from the condo were breathtaking. When the new pier opens it will be super close to it. Walks on the beach at sunrise were great. Access to the beach is very easy and just a few steps away. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool area was a great stop when leaving the beach.

Exceptional stay, beautiful views, and a wonderful host! Our recent stay was fantastic from beginning to end. The check-in process was easy and Janet kept in touch to see if we needed anything. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. I especially loved all the natural light and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony (there are 3)! It also had easy access to the beach. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Great weekend get away

Everything was updated recently and was very nice/clean. Check in was super easy and owner was super helpful with making sure we knew how to do everything and where to find the things we needed. Communication was top notch.

We rented the full unit including the lock-off suite. We had one 2x Q bedroom with bathroom, & the king bedroom with bath and even an in-room efficiency kitchenette. Accommodations had plenty of amenities—cooking facilities, kitchen, washer/drier. Had a lovely patio overlooking to oceanfront. The unit is in a great location on the beach & in walking distance to the conference center. We had a couple issues that the unit manager & site manager were quick to respond to. I would definitely stay again & recommend this unit.

host was great, but living room had no heat. contacted the host, see sent a handyman to fix the heat, he had no clue as to what to do, said he would diagnose the problem and come back the next day, never saw him again. He kept looking for a thermostat on the wall. There was no thermostat, it was a split air unit. We turned the heat up in the bedroom to stay warm.
