This is a gated community (Coosawattee River Resort). Guests must submit all ADULT names to the host days prior to arrival for gate access. When arriving at the gate, give security our lot number BL777.

We are allowing guests to use our community passes. We left 2 cards there, this allows up to 8 guests.
If you need another, you can purchase it at the HOA office. They only accept check and money order. $59 per pass up to 4 people for your entire stay. ****

Hours of Operation

* Game room, weight room, tennis court, basketball court, pickleball, and mini golf course: Open 6:00 am until 8:30 pm
* Pool: Daily - 6:00 am - 8:00 pm. Open year-round.

GPS: Our cabin is located at the very end of the road on top of the mountain. The GPS will keep on repeating "you have arrived" keep on driving with caution to the very end of the road. Please expect windy and some steep roads up the mountain.
