Located on the 2nd floor of Villa Ovidius, this private apartment with 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed is suitable for up to 8 guests. The apartment has its own entrance, living room with large kitchen and shared pool, garden, terrace, patio and fitness room. There are sea views from all rooms!

Layout

On the car-free street (with ample parking) there is a fitness room and garage (currently not in use) with separate entrances and access to the 1st floor. To the side of the villa is an enclosed courtyard with space to park a car. From the courtyard you enter a large stairwell with a fully glazed facade, which provides access to your private apartment on the 2nd floor.

On the 2nd floor is a hall with toilet, living room with large open kitchen and 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), all with en-suite private bathrooms. The sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a double bed (130 cm wide). On the south side there is a full-length balcony which you can access from the living room and the 2 south facing bedrooms.

The south facing garden can be reached from the courtyard. Behind the courtyard is the swimming pool (only in use from June-September) with the surrounding terraces to enjoy the sun from a sun lounger. There is also a sandbox for the little ones to build castles. On the other side of the garden, under a patio covered with grape bushes, there is another terrace with tables to enjoy dinner or barbecue with the whole family. Barbecues are ready for use (1x gas, 1x electric).

From all rooms and even from the backyard you have wonderful panoramic sea views of the Black Sea and the bays and lights of Albena and Golden Sands.

The garden (with swimming pool, terraces, patio and bbq), courtyard and fitness room are shared with other guests on the 1st and 3rd floor (if these floors are occupied).
