Our family home has a large renovated kitchen / Living Room on the main floor. huge Kitchen island and seating for all the guests. A safe fenced backyard for the children. Play Corn Hole or catch...plenty of room. With a large deck for family eating and watching the activities in the yard. A outdoor gas grill for cookouts is also next to the deck. Our home is a spacious shed dormer cape on a double lot! With four bedrooms (2 queen beds and many twin beds). Amenities like an outside shower, WIFI, new AC, and cable TV ensure a marvelous stay. Backyard outdoor rinse/shower is great for kids after a day at the beach! We hope you enjoy our slice of paradise in Falmouth and all Cape Cod offers.

Perfect for a large family to relax. We recommend a vacation for 2-8 adults. sleeps 10 people. Parking for 3-4 cars. Remember..., you can save on beach stickers by walking or biking to the beach! This location is on the south (water side) of Route 28, which keeps you out of the busy traffic, but close to shopping... 3 minutes away (Starbucks, Walmart, Major Grocery, Kappy's, Home Goods, etc..) You won't find a more worry-free location.
