Welcome to our super cozy one bedroom 500 sq. ft. Casita located in the college area of San Diego! You will be tucked away in the corner of our lot with a fully separate entrance and your own private patio. Our unit is equipped with a newly updated kitchen, brand new appliances, a washer & dryer, a and a small workspace in case you need to squeeze in a little work on your vacation. Enjoy easy access to the city as we are less than a 20 min drive to the beach, the airport, downtown, and the zoo!

The Space
Our casita is set up to make you feel right at home after a long day of exploring San Diego (or just lying at the beach)... stylish and cozy furniture, tasteful art and decor, a new mini split AC system, private patio, coffee and tea. It is a true one bedroom unit, with a full kitchen, bathroom and living/dining space that includes a small desk workspace.

Guest Access
You will have a private walkway/entrance on the side of the house that leads to the back unit. There is a privacy fence that separates the main house and the guest house.

Other Things To Note
Note: There is a slight incline to get to the back of the property where the Casita is located.

We live in the main house on the property and are here to help if you need us. We won't interact with you, except to say hi if we see you in passing or you need anything from us.
