Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

​​​​​​​Enjoy breathtaking views from this beachfront condominium located on the 14th floor at Shores of Panama. This corner unit offers some of the resort's best views of the beach and pool areas!

The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom, beachfront window views and direct access to the beachfront balcony! The second bedroom features a queen bed, sitting area, and access to the unit's second bathroom. The hallway bunk room hosts two twin bunks along with access to the condo's half bathroom. The common area features a pull out queen sofa bed, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, and plenty of space for the family to unwind after a day in the sand. This condo also offers a beach wagon stocked with chairs and umbrellas for the group!

Shores of Panama features some of PCB's best amenities including an indoor heated pool, on-site gym and sprawling beachside pool. The resort is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for two parking pass and 8 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. Current cost is $110 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
