We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you`ve never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville`s charm is on every side from Old City to Market Square and beyond!

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

-Please Note: There is a paid lot parking across the street.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.


Haven Vacation Rentals, LLC’s Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 12:00AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

The location in the Old City is great. We loved the "Dolly" motif in the loft. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing property! Perfect size for a couple. Location was great, walkable to great restaurants. The trains are very loud that come through a few times during the night so be mindful of that. Great stay would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were only in town for one night, but this property was so fun, everything was perfect everything was there that we needed. Extremely clean. Also close to everything downtown restaurants bars etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Quick Trip to Knoxville

Very nice loft with easy walking access to Market Square and the Sunsphere. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The loft is the perfect size for a couple.

Weekend visit for UTK parents weekend. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We love the location. There are many restaurants and bars very close and an easy 10-15 min walk to market square. It took us a minuet to figure out the parking lot directions but once we did it was easy. Would stay again for sure.

Very clean and such a unique location, old flour mill, walking distance to many restaurants and almost anything you want. Definitely will be staying here again. Clean, safe and convenient. Parking is a little pricey but definitely worth the piece of mind

Great Getaway

The rental was phenomenal. The weather didn’t cooperate to let us get out and about walking like one should when staying here. This location is in great proximity to good coffee and food and honestly a perfect getaway to enjoy the old city and all it has to offer.

Little getaway for a concert

Came in town for the night to see nothing more and it was perfect. Easy check in, parking directly across the street. We could see the venue feom this condo, the area is awesome with lots of walking distance to restaurants and cool art. If I was a single girl, I would live here in a heartbeat!!! This place was awesome to stay at. So convient to market square. 1 major downside that may bother some people. The proximity to trains. The train comes by early in the morning. If your not used to trains it may skew your opinion of the place. It didnt bother us though.

Great walkable location

This apartment is so cute and roomy. We loved how easy it was to walk to local bars, restaurants, and the Market. The downtown has so many things in walking distance, such as mural alley and a city park with sculptures. There were always enough people around that it felt safe to walk at night. The only downside - it’s noisy. It’s right next to the train tracks and the walls don’t seem to be well insulated. So maybe take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end. Will definitely stay again.
