This was in a awesome location ,close to restraunts and also the LS Fest .all in all its a clean and great place .The bedroom with the futon I'm 5ft and was way to small to sleep on .ended up on the pull out couch very uncomfortable a few upgrades and it would be spot on .

We rented this for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding at Lost River Cave. super clean townhome in a great location. Ashley was great and very accommodating. Lots of space. The only thing I would point out is that the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs.

Location was perfect for us. We came to watch a performance at skypac and just enjoy a little getaway staycation as well. The house is very cute with a cozy upstairs bedroom, original art on the walls, nice kitchen. I was really thirsty when I was arrived so I was very relieved to find a pitcher of cold water in the fridge! Another thing we really enjoyed was sitting in the porch in the evening. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The most noise we heard were footsteps of someone taking their evening walk. It was a comfortable stay in a little house with lots of charm. It would be nice if we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The purpose of our trip was to visit Mammoth Cave Federal Park, but we wanted to stay in a place with good restaurants, stores etc. so we stayed in Bowling Green. The location was great. Walking distance to Anna's Greek Restaurant, one of the best ever and only half an hour drive to the park. The accommodations were perfect for us. The main level was spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We never had to adjust the air conditioner - it was cool and comfortable the entire stay. The internet was fast. We could load our Netflix account etc. on their TV easily. It was unusually hot while we were there, but there is a nice little front porch area that once it cooled off for the evening, we enjoyed sitting outside. Check-in and Check-out was easy! If we go back to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great little stay close to the downtown square, with Mellow Mushroom right across the street. Was able to walk everywhere and had everything one would need. Would stay again.

Ashley’s duplex is comfortably remodeled and as charming as the listing describes. It had everything we needed for a college move-in stay. The selection of coffee, along with cream and sugar saved us a trip to the market. There was also Brita filled with cold water in the fridge. We appreciated these thoughtful touches.The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Leading up to our trip, admittedly, I was a little worried about parking in the event that the gravel lot was taken, but street parking wasn’t an issue, and we opted for it rather than parking in the gravel drive in some instances. We found both options to be easy, accessible and safe. Based on the pictures, we expected the futon in the second bedroom to be somewhat uncomfortable for sleeping, and that turned out to be true for our daughter. The sofa bed downstairs, however, was great for just one night. For a younger child, the futon likely would have been fine. The second room was very cute and a great place to read/study, play or watch TV away from the main living area. The stairs are notedly steep, but we were prepared for that and made a mental note to use the handrail if needed to walk down to the restroom at night. All in all, it was a great trip, and the house was clean and cozy. Ashley was a great communicator who made sure all needs were met.

Well Renovated

Location was an older property but owner has done a good job renovating it and keeping it feeling modern and comfortable. Also has good WiFi and a good pizza place within walking distance.
