Delz was very communicative and easily reachable. Easy check-in and check-out. Very comfortable for 7 individuals and clean. Would recommend this place for stay!

Cool & quirky place the size of a warehouse! Tons of baseball memorabilia and history. Dave’s a really cool dude! Highly recommend staying and something that’s completely different for a change.

Spacious, clean place to stay!

Secure and comfortable place to stay that is conveniently located. Pretty well stocked, but lacking in kitchen towels and washcloths.Beds were comfortable…bedrooms were huge.We did have an issue with upstairs neighbors making noise late into the night. Luck of the draw for who else is staying in the building the same time as you.Overall, I would recommend it!

I do apologize about the noise disturbance from the upstairs neighbors, I wish you had informed me of this so that I could have helped resolve it. I also apologize for there not being enough kitchen towels and washcloths, it must have been an oversight, and for that I sincerely apologize. I usually remind all my guests to please reach out to me if they need anything, so as to provide the best and most comfortable stay possible. I will make sure there's more than enough going forward. Nice property in a central location

Really nice, renovated property in a good location. It felt clean and secure - a little bit of noise from upstairs neighbors but I believe that is to be expected in a old row house like this. It was easy to park right by the house and it's a breeze to get to Fells Point and the Symphony hall nearby which was our main event. Nice local eats and coffee nearby, too. The property has a great set of kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware etc for those who want to have some meals at home as well as plenty of bedding, towels, and linens.The host is friendly and responded promptly to my questions and travel updates.I'd definitely stay here, especially if you want to be a little removed from the more commercial or more pricey neighborhoods for a visit to Baltimore.

Baltimore- No heat upon arrrival in unit

When we arrived at the house, the temperature was set to 52 degrees. It was awful and it took many hours to warm it up to a decent temperature. The house needed to be heated BEFORE guests arrive. Sleeping arrangements were not good. The two sofa options were not long enough for adults to sleep comfortably. There was no tea/coffee available. Usually vrbo at the very least provide a few tea bags and coffee grounds. Really unhappy with this vrbo unit. I would not recommend this.
