JEDE 4. NACHT KOSTENLOS! Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem East Harbor State Park und den Stränden. Zwei Eigentumswohnungen auf oberer Ebene, die 2012 neu gebaut wurden, und zwei Eigentumswohnungen auf unterer Ebene, die 2019 neu gebaut wurden. DIESE EINHEIT IST EINE UNTERE EINHEIT (EINHEIT C). Jede Einheit bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit 2 Zim. 2 Vollbädern und kostenlosem Anlegeplatz (bis zu 35 'Boot). Die oberen Wohneinheiten verfügen über ein großes, abgeschirmtes Deck und die unteren Wohneinheiten über eine Betonterrasse und eine Rasenfläche mit Blick auf den schönen Westhafen. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Yachthafen, umgeben von freundlichen und sicheren Vierteln und nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants entfernt. Ideal für Familien, Freunde und Angelgruppen. Angelcharter auch direkt vor Ihrer Tür! Einheiten der unteren Ebene sind behindertengerecht. Waschmaschine / Trockner sind möglicherweise verfügbar, je nachdem, welche Einheit (en) Sie buchen. Außerdem eröffnen wir im Frühjahr 2019 einen neuen Barbereich am Wasser im Freien, in dem gelegentlich Live-Musik gespielt wird. Jährlich, am Samstag nach dem 4. Juli, veranstalten wir bis 17:00 - 23:00 Uhr einen "Harbour Bash" für den Yachthafen und die umliegenden Stadtteile mit Live-Bands. Perfect getaway

This place had absolutely everything we wanted: pristine pool, view of the water, very accommodating hosts, nice layout, proximity to East Harbor State Park for walking and bike riding, Bald Eagles soaring overhead, and a bar that serves pizza right next door. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party and were blown away. Bree made the process so simple and the updated home was gorgeous. The patio being lakeside made for the perfect hang out spot.

West Harbor Marina

The condo at West Harbor Marina was perfect for our stay. It was clean and roomy for five of us. The patio area was great and overlooked the marina just yards away. Brie was helpful throughout the process. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay in one of the ground floor units. It was super clean and looked to be recently updated. The location was probably the best spot for anything in that immediate area. Beautiful scenery and comfortable seating inside and out. Highly recommend !

Bach Party

We stayed here for my sister in laws Bach party and it was AMAZING ✋out of ✋WONDERFUL! The condo was CLEAN and had a LOT of natural light from the channel front view with amazing entertainment of live music at the bar & grill located on the property! We could sit on our patio and enjoy the view and entertainment!

A Perfect Place for Eclipse Viewing!

We rented the condo for its proximity to Lake Erie and the state park and we were very pleased with the location, the place itself, and the communication with the owners! If you like boating, this is your place. If you like lakes, this is your place. There is a bar next door. During the summer season, the pool is right in front of the building. It was a great spot.

Outstanding property! Beautiful unit and location. Property is clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and state park. Bar and pool right there, but we didn't get to avail ourselves since we stayed on weekdays off season. Would highly recommend. The owners are personable and helpful, easily available if needed.

Anniversary Getaway

As with most of us, my wife and I have been going a little stir crazy with our self-isolation because of the COVID 19 pandemic. We decided to have a private weekend getaway for our anniversary, and found this delightful condo right on the harbor at West Harbor Marina on Catawba Island. The condo is immaculate and beautiful and the views, even off-season, are spectacular! We ordered take out meals from local restaurants and enjoyed our meals in this beautiful setting. We both agreed that we need to do this more often!

Great view—just what we were looking for

Myself, my husband and our teenage son wanted to escape the urban COVID craziness for a few days. This location was perfect. We cooked all of our meals in the beautiful kitchen and spent countless hours on the patio watching the boats and enjoying the sunset. If you are super sensitive to noise, you may want to inquire in advance about the construction going on. Honestly once we were inside though, it really wasn’t too bad. The pool and surrounding area will be really nice once it is done.

A great place for old friends to gather

It is a little bit confusing as to where the condos are located, as you drive through the marina parking lot. However, once you arrive, the door opens up into a welcoming retreat. The newly updated unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. There were 5 of us 65+ age ladies and this place was perfect. The open kitchen and living area was a perfect place to gather. The patio with the view of the boats and water was also a favorite spot. It was quiet and very comfortable. The owners and friendly neighbors were helpful in recommending things to do and places to dine. Bree was always available but also very respectful and not at all intrusive.

Very deceiving listing

On line, it states each condo sleeps 8. There is a king, a double/single bunk bed and a roll out. To me, that is a max of five IF you have 3 kids and 2 adults. This property comfortably sleeps 3 adults. We had 50+ year people sleeping on an upper bunk bed and a 5'8" long couch. I had to profusely apologize to the friends I brought along on this fishing trip for the accomodations. This is the only bad experience me and/or my wife have had planning a trip with VRBO. Note to self...always contact the property owner/manager to get the full details of the property. Do not rely on what it says on line!

Stunning immaculate & quiet condo directly on the water

We very much enjoyed our 4 day stay at this exceptionally clean and well equipped 2nd floor condo. All furniture, bedding, towels and appliances are of high quality. Every item was in perfect working order including the new TV's (with cable). You need only bring your food and beverages as the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, with full smooth top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The icemaker in the fridge was a welcome cocktail hour addition, as was the lovely screened- in and huge porch/lanai with table and seating for 6. In the evening sitting on the lanai, we would light the table top candle and enjoy the boats coming back to the marina. The interior of this condo is more lovely than the pictures show. The area was very quiet, especially in the evening. Very close to a state park for nature walks and close to grocery stores and good restaurants. (Try the Canoe Club Wine Bar for wine, pizza and appetizers and Nagoya for sushi like we did! Yum) I have already recommended this condo to relatives and friends, and will choose it again when the time allows. Although a family was renting the condo adjoining us, never did we hear noise. A very peaceful place that I was reluctant to leave. The owners, in my opinion went above and beyond during our stay. It was apparent the husband is a progressive thinking gentleman with pride in his skills beginning with the two side by side condos (which by the way, can be jointly rented and connected via a doorway in the two lanais. We felt the owners were good honest people.

Excllent lake views

I desperately want to give this property a 5⭐️ rating as there were many positives here. Alas, some important negatives, pertaining to comfort, prevent me from doing so. Let’s start with the positives: the unit itself is fantastic. Wonderfully located (marina is on site for your boat), meticulously clean and fresh, comfortable screened in porch, 2 spotless bathrooms, great TVs, accommodating owners. The negatives were rather big ones, albeit easily correctable. The bed is a Queen (most VRBOs that we’ve visited at this price range usually have a much sought after King), and a creaky one at that. It did not make for a comfortable night’s sleep. The big negative however was the couch in the main room. It is ancient. It sagged horribly in the middle and the leather-like coating is actually peeling off the couch (and love seat) itself. When we’d get up (very difficult as you were practically on the ground due to the sag) we’d be covered with little brown/black flakes from the couch! 🤨. Lastly, the VRBO listing for this unit included a Washer & Dryer under the amenities section, however there are none. As laundry facilities availability makes a difference in how we pack, this should be corrected in the listing, as future renters may appreciate the clarification. I believe the owners have the right idea here & hope they find my review in the spirit in which it was intended; suggestions from a renter in hopefully making this truly a 5-star property, as we’d love to return.

Great for a long weekend

We stayed as a group of 6 and ventured to Put-in-Bay on one day of our stay. Other days we enjoyed the pool and bar which was steps from our front door and offered live music of Fri and Sat. Owners were extremely friendly. The property was well cleaned when we arrived. Easy parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beyond wonderful!

I was looking for a 1 level rental due to my parents who are in their 80s having mobility issues. Bill and Bree’s condo was perfect and just steps to everything including the pool and bar. The view was amazing ( right on the water). We plan to rent again next year. If anything popped up that we needed they were quick to accommodate us. Our only regret was that our stay had been longer.

Fabulous condo and owners...you won't be disappointed

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our time at this property. The condo was impeccably clean and very welcoming. Being on the water added to the enjoyment. The owners, Bill and Bree, were awesome and made sure our stay went smoothly. I could see coming back and bringing our two daughters sometime and enjoying the space. The location worked out well and we were about 10-15 minutes from all the spots we wanted to check out or things we needed. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We are a family-owned business with our three adult sons who help us run the operations. We have been in the marina business for 30+ years and have owned this marina and rental operation since 2012. We built the bar and pool area in 2020. We make every effort to improve and expand the marina, rental, and bar operations each year.

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

Our condo rentals have a beautiful panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added an outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There is live entertainment every weekend. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
