Convenience ist der Schlüssel zur Vermietung in Ocean House! Das Gulf Front Komplex liegt direkt an den weißen Sandstränden, etwa eine Meile von der Innenstadt von Gulf Shores entfernt. Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad-Einheit für 8 Personen!

Die Küche bietet sowohl kleine und große Geräte mit Koch- und Speisekammer. Angrenzend an die Küche ist der Essbereich, komplett mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten in der Küche bar.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten für alle - Schlafsofa, Loveseat, & Easy Chair mit Ottoman. Neben den wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Strand und Golf von Mexiko aus dem Wohnzimmer gibt es einen 46 "Plasma-TV für Morgennachrichten oder Filme in der Nacht. Es gibt auch einen DVD-Player für Sie bereit.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Kommode, und Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt auch Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko und Balkon Zugang vom Elternschlafzimmer. Das private Master-Bad hat eine Badewanne / Dusche und einem großen Waschtisch mit Waschbecken.

Check in was quick and easy. Host was helpful it was musty smelling but nothing air freshener couldn’t fix. Our kids had a blast and there was enough room for our family of 4 to have our own space. We will be back!

Nice place but …

Nice place convenient,clean, only down side is that we had 1 extra person and they made the one person leave which was very stressful to find a place to stay for that one extra person

Gulf Shores visit after Hurricane Laura.

All was clean except the carpet. The living room and the smaller bedroom had a musty oder the whole stay. Current owners are slowly updating and I’m sure removing the carpet is at the top of there to-do list. Over all would not hesitate to stay again.

Very clean and well maintained oceanfront unit

Our family enjoyed the stay though it was just for 3 days. Very clean unit and well maintained. We liked the oceanfront views. The elevator went down on second day evening and there is no second elevator. We had to walk 8 stairs and was difficult for my 80+ old father. I wish they had a second elevator or some connection from adjacent building.

Ocean House 1805

Location, view & access to beach was great! Only a couple ‘glitches’…. Cleaning crew was not finished when we arrived 1 hour later than check-in time; a little more attention to cleanliness needed; safe was closed/locked so unable to use (manager on site said they’d contact the owner & get that taken care of but, it was never opened). Other than these & other minor issues… it was a wonderful week! Thanks!

Door lock was impossible

We couldn't get the door to open with the key when we arrived. Repairman came and told us lock was worn out. He fixed it so that we had one key that would work after a several minute process. It made coming and going miserable because you never knew if you were going to be able to get back in.The dishes in the unit were inadequate.

We only heard from you at arrival regarding this issue, and promptly dispatched maintenance for assistance. Once he got your key issue handled, we never heard from you again so we understood the issue was resolved, especially since we haven't had complaints from other guests regarding this issue. Had we known you were having such a hassle, and it was such an inconvenience and worry to you for the duration of your week long stay, we would've expected you to let us know so we could assist. The doors, locks and anything on the exterior of the unit is property of the complex association, so we are alerting them to let them know the door knob needs to be addressed or replaced due to this review. We hope that despite the circumstance regarding the door lock, you were able to have an enjoyable stay and look forward to you coming to be our guest again soon. June 2020 Stay

The room and carpet was nasty. One of the beds did not have a mattress cover and the mattress was covered in pee stains. We did not have any wash cloths upon arrival (suppose to have 10) they brought the wash cloths and mattress cover the next day. For the price we paid I expected a much cleaner place to stay. The list of things you have to do before leaving was too much, we pay a clean up fee and we shouldn’t be the one doing a lot of the clean up ourselves. Will not stay here again.

Jan, We are so sorry that this unit did not meet your expectations. We would've gladly had any housekeeping issues addressed for you immediately had we heard from you during your stay. As for the departure instructions, we only ask that you take out your trash, run the dishwasher, and leave all of the towels in one place such as the tub or even in the bathroom. We do not expect you to clean the unit but we do not think it is too much to ask to have things in order and back like you found it when you are departing. Also, these items are not required of you, just suggestions to assist with having the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest arrival. We do hope that despite all of the things you listed here, that you were at least able to enjoy the spectacular views this unit has to offer as well as the amenities. Condo 1805

Ocean House was a nice property overall. Only suggestions would be a better boardwalk out to the beach, I saw several older people struggling with the unevenness. Also unit 1805 was nice but the carpet needs cleaned and felt a little dingy. Overall we had a nice time.

Karri, Thank you for the 4 star review of your stay in this property. We understand your concerns regarding the boardwalk and Hurricane Sally apparently had the same concerns. The storm took over half of the boardwalk out with it so it is now underway of being made better with the repairs. The unit is also getting new flooring very soon due to Sally and the water that blew in from all the wind and rain she brought with her. Perfect Get Away Place

If you are looking for an excellent place to stay in Gulf Shores...This is the place!! Excellent maintained condo, beautifully decorated, well equipped and right on the ocean!!! Perfect to watch the sun rise and set on the balcony and by all means perfect for a full moon over the ocean. We (4 women) had a wonderful time and look forward to returning to this unit !! The owners are over the top when it comes to their customers and making sure that every detail of this condo is taken care of. Thank you so very much!!

Perfection....

I hate to do this because it will now book up and we will never get back....but This place is great. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and no golden girls colors! The TV, DVD, Kitchen, Bathrooms all worked great. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and was exceptionally clean. The location is still quiet yet close to everything. Perfect view of the ocean in great weather or bad weather. Everything was comfortable and easy to us. No one could ask for more....

Great place, great location, and love the pool!

This is a nice well cared complex and unit. Was very happy with our choice. One thing I loved was having the daybed and trundle in the guest bedroom. Our kids loved it and they were able to bring a friend along. Nice furnishings and a very comfortable stay.

Great view! Another couple went with us and for them the second bedroom was a little dark and the bathroom/shower was small. The property has a nice pool and the beach is wonderful, but other onsite amenities were lacking. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

We've stayed at this building a couple times now. This time we came with 5 families who all had condos here. Took over the tables by the pool for a couple evenings for carry out dinners. Pool was closed the first day we were there and they weren't in a hurry to fix the problem. but overall, great location, nice pool especially for little kids. Our condo needed some kid friendly plates/cups. They only had glass and not so good for 3 yr olds.

Stay at Ocean House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very homey, clean, and comfortable. The view was great and the pool area was simple, but nice.

Great spring break!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have 3 young boys and this condo was the perfect set up. Plenty of room for all 3 in the guest room which was great! No one had to sleep in the living room. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this condo! This was one of most relaxing vacations we've been on in a while. Thanks ocean house 1805 for the great experience!

Awesome condo!

This condo was in a great location and had everything we needed right there during our stay. The view was wonderful, and the beach was easy to get to. We certainly felt like we got our money's worth this week. We will definitely go back to this condo-it felt like our home away from home.

I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Gulf Shores. The condo and decor are absolutely beautiful. The design, layout, furniture, appliances, everything made it feel like home! The location is perfect. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The rates very affordable as well. My family and I had the best vacation ever here!
