You’ll sleep deeply and comfortably between your outings into the City, with the best that the City has to offer within steps of your residence. Experience the seamless blend of historic charm and contemporary luxury at the Bonsoir in New Orleans’ hip Warehouse District with easy access to the Caesar’s Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. Our style honors the history of the building while bringing in the most modern and timeless trends of maximalism for a luxurious, but fun vibe.
The Bonsoir Building is a 2024 renovation of a certified historic Warehouse District mansion with classic New Orleans charm. This building dates back to pre-1876 when it was first used as a residence, but has been home to a number of uses over its 150+ years of life! Our reimagination of this building restores its historic splendor with all the modern amenities you would expect in 2024, but with sultry and fun twists in every unit.

Our 3 bedroom units features a king size beds in each bedroom, a king size pull out sofa in the living area, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two full bathrooms, one ensuite and the other is accessible through the living area of the unit. As our guest, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, high-speed wifi, incredibly comfortable beds, smart TVs in each room, and a spacious living area for relaxing, entertaining, and remote working.
