Rather than separating your group among hotel rooms or small cabins, you will have the entire gated property to yourselves—including a private pool, professional pickleball court, outdoor gym, yoga deck, cold plunge, outdoor kitchen, tropical gardens, and spacious covered lanai.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is ideal for families, surf groups, friends traveling together, wellness retreats, and multigenerational vacations.

The primary suite features a king bed, private air conditioning, television, pool and garden access, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and indoor and outdoor waterfall showers.

Two additional bedrooms each include a queen-size bunk bed, private air conditioning, television, and access to the shared guest bathroom.

The open living area includes a large sectional and 85-inch television. The main kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, cookware, a dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster, and coffee and cappuccino maker.

Outdoor living and recreation

The covered lanai overlooks the private pool and provides comfortable lounge seating, a custom dining table, and a full outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, cooktop, refrigerator, counters, and sink.

This brand-new house features a master suite with a king-size bed, a separate AC unit, and a TV. Two large sliding door windows give access, a pool view, and a lush surrounding garden. The master bathroom allows you to indulge in a truly unique bathing experience with the indoor/outdoor shower with waterfall heads and an elegant soaking tub. Guest bedrooms offer the comfort of queen-sized bunk beds, private AC units, and TVs, as well as a shared guest bathroom with a beautiful shower and a waterfall head. The living room is a zen space with a comfortable sectional couch and an 85-inch TV to enjoy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove, cappuccino/coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and blender.

The outdoor living space has an expansive lanai with plenty of comfortable seating, a large custom-made Cristobal wood dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with granite top counters, a sink, 2 2-burner top stove, a mini fridge, and a BBQ grill. The lanai overlooks the pool with jacuzzi jets placed strategically to enrich the experience and make your body sing. Two Buddha statues on the pool deck add a majestic touch to create a sense of peace and relaxation. A few steps away from the lanai you will find a state-of-the-art gym, a dedicated area for a massage table, meditation, yoga, and a NordicTrack treadmill. After your workout, you can take an ice plunge bath in an Orca tub with a proper filtration system and temperature control. Below the pool deck, you will find a professional-sized pickleball court and a basketball hoop.
