The Queen bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a Pack 'n Play or travel crib, and its bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combo, making it ideal for parents with young children. On the 3rd floor, you'll find an additional bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The bunk beds are built with standard twin mattresses.

Four bathrooms are located on the second floor, one with a tub / shower combo. On the third floor, you’ll find a full bathroom with a walk in shower. All baths have a hair dryer, plenty of fresh towels and luxurious, non toxic toiletries by Sangre de Fruta.

The expansive living room, kitchen, and dining area offer a perfect space for entertaining, featuring french doors that open to the balcony with city views beyond. The living area includes a Smart TV, and the chef's kitchen is equipped with all brand new appliances including a gas stove, microwave, toaster, and a French door refrigerator with a pull-out freezer drawer. A very large center island with pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware. Coffee station with Nespresso, French Press, Pour Over and electric kettle.

CANCELLATION
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

After booking, you will receive a welcome email containing our terms and conditions, which must be reviewed and accepted prior to check-in.

AMENITIES:
The home is stocked with several additional amenities such as robes, yoga mats, hair dryers, clothing steamers, travel crib, high-end cooking tools, luxury bath towels and soaps, luxury bed linens and pillows more. If any of these items are missing or damaged, you will receive a charge for additional cleaning or replacement. Photo documentation is provided.

Guest receive a private access code. Guests have access to a private courtyard with a plunge pool, private three story townhouse, and balcony.
