The townhome offers plenty of shared space, including an open-concept dining and living area, as well as a spacious desk/work area with additional seating. We would also like to clarify that guests are welcome to bring the stools from the dining area into the living area when additional seating is needed. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, which does reduce the size of the living room itself, but provides the benefit of a main-level bedroom. Our listing clearly states in multiple places that the property provides a one-car garage and parking for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Additional designated guest parking is available throughout the community. Regarding the living room, it is a standard size for a townhome. Our property also offers an additional living area in the upstairs loft, furnished with sofas and a workstation, providing extra space for guests to relax. As for the washcloths, our housekeeping team places additional towels and washcloths under the bathroom sinks, which you may have overlooked. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to direct you to these supplies immediately. We appreciate your kind words about our prompt communication and friendly neighbors. Regarding the downstairs master bathroom, we were not notified of any issue during your stay. Our housekeeping team confirmed the toilet was working properly prior to arrival and, upon inspection after checkout, it was found to be clogged and was promptly resolved. As for the living room TV, it is fully operational. This was likely a setup or input issue that could have been quickly resolved if we had been contacted during your stay — our support team is always available to assist in real time. We appreciate your suggestion regarding additional lighting and will certainly take that into consideration as we continue to improve the space for our guests. It had become loose and was repaired immediately after your departure. The wasp nests above the front door have also been removed by our pest control technician. Since your stay included the weekend, the earliest available service appointment was on the next business day. Regarding the toilet paper, as noted in our house information, we provide an initial complimentary supply (including two rolls per bathroom). Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional supplies needed during longer stays. Thank you again for your comments.
