Outside there’s a private hot tub ready for you to relax and unwind in after a day of exploring! Keep your mind and body in tune with a yoga session or a weight workout with access to a fitness room with a flat panel TV and yoga and exercise equipment. In home entertainment options include multiple living areas, board games, and a large flat panel TV.

While here you will find it easy to unwind in the living room with your beverage of choice or binge your favorite series on the smart TV. The large kitchen features huge counter space, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a variety of cookware for easy at-home meal planning.

The counter top breakfast bar offers mountain views and seating for three.

The home features a heated driveway for snow free access during the winter months. There is a garage area that is locked off as well as several other rooms and not included in this rental. No garage parking is available.

On January 24, 2017, the Leavenworth City Council adopted the new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance reiterating its existing prohibition on the rental of entire dwellings as vacation rentals. The new Bed and Breakfast Ordinance also legalized the short-term rental of a portion of a person’s home when the property owner lives on- site throughout the visitor’s stay and when the property owner obtains appropriate permits, including a business license. The property owner is also required to collect and remit necessary taxes.

IAW City of Leavenworth Ordinances, the property owner lives on site in a separate ADU.
