* Set of twin bunk beds in the `bunk closet` off the living room
* Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
“Bear Haven” has is a `bear” theme throughout the unit. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and entertainment. The living area hosts a generous flat screen TV, positioned in front of ample seating for your family. One full bathroom graces this unit. The master bathroom encompasses a garden tub and a separate shower, complete with a hair dryer. The master bath and half bath (which is located off the living room) have handicap bars for our guest’s convenience. The unit also includes a balcony with a small table and two chairs along with a comfortable glider which makes morning coffee more enjoyable.
Experience the convenience of upgraded Wi-Fi services, enhancing your connectivity and enjoyment throughout your stay in our unit. Stay effortlessly connected and entertained with our high-speed internet access.
The outdoor pool boasts a playful mushroom water feature, perfect for the enjoyment of children or even yourself, and is heated typically in April and May, depending on the outside temperature. The indoor pool maintains an inviting temperature and is heated year-round. Our resort presents an abundance of space, featuring several gathering and picnic areas, along with outdoor grills. A highlight is our newest amenity – a quarter-mile walking trail on our expansive five-acre green space. The grounds further showcase a variety of outdoor activities, such as tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court and corn hole court (bring your own sacks). The sprawling area ensures an enjoyable experience for both you and your children!
All buildings at our resort feature elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible. Each unit offers free parking for your car. The fully stocked kitchen encompasses a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We supply dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, we recommend bringing your own, as these are not provided. Enjoy complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV (266 channels) in the rooms.
Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, though they cannot be changed out. A full washer and dryer are also available in this unit. While we provide a single-use box of detergent, you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are included. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.
CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
