The home offers expansive living spaces, en-suite bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the interiors with natural light. Guests have the convenience of a private keyed elevator for direct access. At the heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen and living area, equipped with custom cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and a Gaggenau wine chiller. A Calacatta Cremo marble wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and character to the living space.
The first level includes a corner living room, open dining room, chef’s kitchen, laundry room, and a versatile library/den or guest bedroom. Upstairs, the Master bedroom suite features private dressing rooms, a study/office, and a 5-fixture marbled bathroom with a steam shower, radiant heated floors, a recessed tub, and heated towel bars. Two additional bedrooms, each with generous closets and en-suite baths with radiant-heated floors and marble finishes, complete this level.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
