Pompano Beach is located in Florida's Broward County, along the Atlantic Ocean slightly north of Fort Lauderdale. Pompano Beach is considered to be the main city of Miami's metro region, encompassing an area of 24.71 square miles, of which 0.67 square miles is water. Pompano Beach was incorporated as a town in 1908 and as a city in 1947. It became a city in 1947 due to a population boom from World War 2 when Pompano merged with the beach municipality.

Getting around is easy! This home offers convenient access to various transportation options. For those arriving by air, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Public transportation options are available, with bus stops located within a short walk of the property. Parking is available on-site, with space for up to two vehicles in the garage. Consider using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft for easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The Brightline train station in Fort Lauderdale is also accessible, providing a convenient way to travel to other cities in South Florida.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and a refundable security deposit of $500. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.



Please note that our pool is serviced once a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the pool is not heated all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

**Elevate your stay with our exclusive pool heating option for just $20 per day! Please note that you will pay $20 daily for the entire reservation.



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.



**For parking, we can accommodate 2 cars max.



Interaction with Guests:

As your host, I'll be available from 8AM-10PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel.
