You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Ski boots are NOT ALLOWED inside the house. Floor and furnishings are assessed for damage at the end of each stay.
Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided during that time.
The Solo Stove is available for use from May1st through October. Please note, firewood is not provided.
Parking for up to 3 cars only.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.
