▹▹▹ Absolutely. The house is in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood where people look out for one another. Also the home is completely fenced and gated, so our guests have always felt secure. Plus, with shops and beaches just a short drive away, you get the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS?
▹▹▹ Sure do! We’ve got high-speed WiFi, as well as a designated office area. You can also set up your laptop outside and enjoy the fresh air.

Guest Access: You`ll receive a unique access code before arrival for self-check-in. Guests can access the entire house.

Getting Around: A car is recommended.

The Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful, family-friendly area just 20 minutes south of Hilo, and close to the ocean, you`ll have easy access to nature and attractions like Shipman Beach Hike, Rainbow Falls, and Liliʻuokalani Park & Gardens—perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
By booking this home, you agree to the following House Rules:

No pets.
No smoking.
No non-paying guests over.
No big/commercial events or gatherings without prior approval.

- If you need an EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT please let us know at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE and we will try to accommodate you -- please note that it is NOT GUARANTEED THOUGH, and it depends on our cleaners and our booking schedule. If we are able to change things around to accommodate your request, please note that there will be a convenience charge of $20 per hour that that we are able to give early / late. We will request this via airbnb request.
