Livin' the Dream 3-bedroom in beautiful Cape Coral.

For water lovers everywhere, Cape Coral has 400 miles of canals, which makes it an ideal area for boating, fishing, kayaking. If you simply want to have solitude at our house, you have everything you need. The year-round saltwater pool is easily heated with solar panels if you like it warmer than the sun provides. I'm sorry, but for insurance and safety purposes, you will not have access to the boat or kayak. We do have boat rental in the nearby marina, and you can pull your boat up to the dock during the day. You can easily rent bikes and kayaks/canoes in the area. You will have a full gourmet kitchen with large sit-up island, dining area, family room with large tv and cable, fully equipped office, sitting room, full bathroom, and spacious fully-furnished and screened lanai. Within the lanai is the pool with floating equipment, grill, seating area, television, sunning chairs, and dining area. For the chef in you the kitchen is loaded. Total available space is more than 2000 sq/ft, plus the entire outdoor space. Seasonally, we have fruit from our banana tree and avocado tree. We have a sprinkler system for our lawn and trees, but to enjoy the herbs you will want to water them a few times a week. We have a circular driveway that can hold several vehicles. There are no plants to water and no pets to feed.

Our home is on one of the widest canals at 200 ft. In addition, we are at a canal intersection creating even more space., and an opportunity to watch the boats go by. We are on a quiet, palm lined residential street, but have everything we need in close proximity. It is just over a mile to the grocery store, restaurants, salons, coffee shop, marina, and more. We will leave you with beach equipment. We are experienced travelers and hosts and know how to make your stay amazing.
