There is a 62” Flatscreen Smart TV in the Living Room. The TV provides access to Netflix, Hulu+, Amazon Prime, etc. There are also a number of free channels available via TCLtv and Google TV. The black remote controls all the functions on the TV.

Heat and A/C

There is central A/C and Heat throughout the home. There is an Ecobee Smart thermostat at the base of the stairs in the Living Room, as well as a Honeywell thermostat on the wall in the hallway upstairs.

The home is very A/C efficient, & will stay very cool once the desired temperature is achieved. There are also backout blinds in the Living Room, which keep the home cool in the afternoon sun.

BBQ

There is a charcoal BBQ in the backyard. There should be charcoal underneath the BBQ. There is usually extra charcoal in the storage closet underneath the stairs.

There are BBQ tools located inside of the BBQ.

Backyard Movie Night!



There is a projector & movie screen available for watching movies, TV shows, etc. in the backyard.

There are also two Bluetooth Outdoor speakers in the backyard which can easily sync to your phone to play music.
